Can I request a sample before a large order?
Yes, for large orders we can make a test piece to validate quality and finish.

What 3D printing services do you offer?
We offer custom 3D design and 3D printing services for prototypes, functional and decorative parts, and custom projects.
What files do I need for 3D printing?
We accept files in STL, OBJ, 3MF, or STEP format.
If you don't have the file, we can design the model from scratch according to your needs.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, we offer pickup at a drop-off point.
Can I request a quote?
You can request a quote by:
- Sending us your 3D file
- Contacting us to design it
- Indicating measurements, material, and quantity
We will respond as soon as possible with the price and lead time.
RETURNS
Do you do refunds?
Yes, for catalogue products bought with the store's standard options (colour, size, etc.): you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason. Custom-made orders or orders made to a quote cannot be withdrawn from. All products have a 3-year legal guarantee against defects. See our Returns and Refunds Policy.
