General Terms and Conditions of Purchase
Last updated: 12 October 2026
These terms and conditions govern the purchase of products and the contracting of 3D design and 3D printing services through the website oryx3d.com. They apply to all orders placed by consumers and users resident in Spain and in the rest of the European Union, in accordance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU, Spanish consumer protection law), and Law 22/2010, Consumer Code of Catalonia.

2. What we sell
Oryx 3D designs and manufactures items using 3D printing. We offer two options:
- Catalogue products: items published in the shop at a fixed price and with predefined options (colour, size, etc.). They are manufactured once the order is received.
- Quoted custom orders: parts, designs or 3D printing services made according to the customer's instructions, files or measurements. The price and lead time are set in an individual quote.
3. How to make a purchase
Catalogue products:
- Select the product and its options and add it to the cart.
- In the cart you can review and change the products and quantities.
- On the checkout page you enter your shipping and billing details and choose the shipping method and payment method. Before you confirm, an order summary is shown with the total price, including taxes and shipping costs, and you can correct any error by going back to the previous steps.
- The order is placed when you click the payment button. You will receive an order confirmation with a summary by email.
Quoted custom orders:
- You send us your request (description, 3D file, measurements, material, quantity) via the contact form or by email.
- We send you a written quote describing the work, the total price including VAT, shipping costs, the payment method and the manufacturing and delivery time. Unless otherwise stated, the quote is valid for 15 calendar days.
- The contract is concluded when you expressly accept the quote and make payment as indicated in it. We begin manufacturing from that moment.
We keep the electronic document of each order or accepted quote. You can request a copy by writing to admin@oryx3d.es and view your orders in your customer account. The contract may be concluded in Spanish or in English.
4. Prices and taxes
All prices are shown in euros (or in your country's currency if the shop displays it) and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before you confirm the order. The applicable price is the one in force at the time the order is placed or the one stated in the accepted quote.
If a published price contains an obvious error, we will notify you before manufacturing and you may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund of the amount paid.
5. Payment methods
We accept the payment methods shown on the checkout page (Visa and Mastercard cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna and other local methods available depending on your country). Payments are processed through secure payment gateways; Oryx 3D does not store your full card details.
6. Manufacturing and delivery times
Manufacturing times, shipping methods, costs and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Unless otherwise agreed in the quote, we will deliver the order within a maximum of 30 calendar days from its confirmation. If we cannot meet the agreed deadline, we will notify you and you may set an additional period or cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid.
The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to the customer upon receipt.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase of catalogue products without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
Under Article 103 of the TRLGDCU, there is no right of withdrawal for:
- Quoted custom orders and any product made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised (names, texts, logos, measurements, designs or files supplied by the customer).
- 3D design services once fully performed, if the customer expressly requested them and acknowledged that they would lose the right of withdrawal once the service had been fully performed.
How to exercise it, deadlines and refunds: see the Returns and Refunds Policy, which includes the withdrawal form.
8. Legal guarantee
All our products, including personalised ones, are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery provided for in Articles 114 et seq. of the TRLGDCU. If a product has a manufacturing defect or does not match what was ordered, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible, to a price reduction or termination of the contract. Write to us at admin@oryx3d.es with your order number and photographs of the problem; we recommend doing so as soon as possible.
Minor variations inherent to the 3D printing process (layer lines, slight differences in shade between batches of material) are not considered defects where they do not affect use or the agreed appearance.
9. Customer service and complaints
You can contact us with any query, complaint or claim at admin@oryx3d.es, by telephone on 621 62 13 21 or at Carrer de Girona, 41, 1-2, 08700 Igualada. We will reply as soon as possible and, in any event, within a maximum of one month.
Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamación) of the Generalitat de Catalunya are available to you. You may also contact the Municipal Consumer Information Office (OMIC) in your area or the Agència Catalana del Consum (Catalan Consumer Agency). Oryx 3D is not currently a member of any consumer arbitration scheme; if we do not resolve your complaint, we will inform you of the competent alternative dispute resolution body.
You have the right to be served in Spanish or in Catalan.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute with a consumer, the courts of the consumer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction. If you live in another European Union country, you retain the protection afforded to you by the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
11. Changes to these terms and conditions
We may update these terms and conditions. Each order is governed by the terms and conditions in force at the time it was placed.
