Returns and Refunds Policy

At Oryx 3D we manufacture each item when you order it, and most of our work is made to measure according to your instructions. That is why returns work differently depending on the type of product.

1. Made-to-measure products and quoted custom orders: no withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103(c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU, Spanish consumer protection law), returns by way of withdrawal are not accepted for:

  • parts, designs or 3D prints made to a quote;
  • products made with your files, measurements, texts, names, logos or designs;
  • any item clearly personalised at the customer's request.

This does not affect the legal guarantee: if the product arrives defective, damaged or does not match what was agreed, you have the rights set out in section 4.

2. Catalogue products: 14 days to withdraw

Shop products purchased with the standard published options (for example, a colour or size chosen from a list) may be returned without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving them.

How to do it:

  1. Inform us of your decision before the period expires by email to admin@oryx3d.es, using the form below or any other clear statement.
  2. Send the product within a maximum of 14 calendar days of notifying us of your withdrawal to: Oryx 3D, Carrer de Girona, 41, 1-2, 08700 Igualada (Barcelona), Spain.
  3. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refund: we will refund all payments received, including the initial shipping costs (except any additional cost if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery), within a maximum of 14 calendar days of being informed of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have sent us proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

3. Withdrawal form

4. Defective, damaged or incorrect products (legal guarantee)

All products, including personalised ones and those made to a quote, are covered by a 3-year legal guarantee from delivery. If the item arrives broken, has a manufacturing defect or does not match what you ordered or the accepted quote:

  1. Write to us at admin@oryx3d.es with your order number and photographs. We recommend doing so as soon as possible, especially in the case of damage in transit.
  2. We will tell you how to send it back. Shipping costs will be borne by us.
  3. We will repair or remake the item free of charge. If this is not possible, or is not done within a reasonable time, you may choose between a price reduction or a refund of the amount paid.

Minor variations inherent to 3D printing (visible layer lines, slight differences in shade between batches of material) are not considered defects if they do not affect use or the agreed appearance.

5. Cancellations before manufacturing

You may cancel a catalogue order free of charge as long as we have not started manufacturing it. Quoted custom orders cannot be cancelled once the quote has been accepted and manufacturing has started, unless agreed with Oryx 3D.
