Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 October 2026

1. Owner and purpose

This website, oryx3d.com, and the Oryx 3D online shop are owned by Llorenç Jiménez Peinado, NIF (Tax ID) 47111802M, with address at Carrer de Girona, 41, 1-2, 08700 Igualada (Barcelona), Spain. Contact: admin@oryx3d.es · 621 62 13 21.

These terms govern access to and use of the website. The purchase of products and the contracting of services are also governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the Returns and Refunds Policy and the Shipping Policy. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the use of cookies by the Cookie Policy.

2. Access and customer account

Access to the website is free of charge. To make a purchase you must be of legal age and provide true and complete information. If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for informing us of any unauthorised use.

3. Proper use of the site

You undertake to use the website in accordance with the law and these terms, without carrying out unlawful activities, introducing viruses or malicious code, attempting to access restricted areas or impersonating other people. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

4. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Photographs are for guidance only: the perceived colour may vary depending on the screen, and 3D printing may show minor variations in finish inherent to the process, without this affecting the use of the product.

5. Files and designs sent by the customer

If you send us files, images, logos or designs to manufacture an order, you declare that you hold the rights necessary to use them and you authorise us to use them solely to fulfil your order. We may refuse orders that infringe third-party rights (trade marks, protected designs, copyright), that are unlawful or that cannot be manufactured with adequate technical or safety guarantees.

6. Reviews and comments

If you post reviews or comments, they must be truthful and respectful. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes third-party rights.

7. Intellectual and industrial property

The contents of the website (texts, photographs, designs, logos, the Oryx 3D name and the code) belong to their owner or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by Spanish and European intellectual and industrial property legislation. They may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written authorisation. Any third-party trade marks that may appear (for example, those of vehicle manufacturers) belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe the product.

8. Technology platform

The shop runs on the Shopify platform. Sales contracts are concluded directly with the owner of Oryx 3D, who is responsible to the customer for the products and services sold. Shopify processes certain data in order to provide the platform service, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party links

The site may include links to or content from third parties (social networks, Google reviews). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

10. Liability

We take reasonable measures to ensure that the website operates correctly and securely, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free from technical errors. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by consumer protection legislation, in particular the legal guarantee on products, or our liability in cases where the law does not allow it to be limited.

11. Changes

We may amend these terms to adapt them to legal changes or changes to the service. The version in force is the one published on this page. Purchases are governed by the terms and conditions in force on the date of the order.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence shall have jurisdiction, and you retain the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence in the European Union. For consumer complaints, please see the complaints section of the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
